meet the founder
my name is cheryl lyons. i’ve been an athlete and a mover for my entire life and i cannot preach the importance of mobility and flexibility enough. with over half a decade of experience in assisted mobility techniques, i am excited to share my practice and my knowledge with you all. one of my greatest joys is watching my clients leap off the table ready to go conquer the day.
